Depending on the service package you choose, your contract may include a number of proactive service visits (PMIs). Preventative maintenance can prolong the life of your system, optimise its operation and provide early-warning of possible problems.
Our Service Centre is staffed 24×7 to respond quickly to your service needs. We operate a Triage Desk to analyse and diagnose the problem and sort it out over the phone or by logging into your systems remotely (permissions permitting).
Telesorting problems in this way helps us save you money by minimising or eliminating the need for engineer visits and gets the problem sorted more quickly thereby minimising your system downtime.
Where engineers are required, our vehicle tracking system means we can despatch the one closest to you and keep tabs on their whereabouts, giving you up-to-date status reports on visits pending.
